Notice of Race
AYC Harbour Island Classic
September 12, 2009

1. Rules
a) The Harbour Island Classic race will be governed by the current Racing Rules of Sailing.
b) The prescriptions of Canadian Yachting Association will apply.

2. Eligibility and Entry
a) The regatta is open to all boats of the PHRFNS Handicap class that are registered with NSYA on there website. ASPN handicaps will be used for this race.
b) Eligible boats may enter by completing the registration form at registration.

3. Fee
The registration fee is $5.00 for this race.

4. Schedule
Saturday, September 12 , 2009
Registration 1000 – 1215 hrs AYC Clubhouse
Skippers Meeting 1145 – 1200 hrs AYC Clubhouse
First Signal (Bermuda Start) 1230 hrs Arm
Prize presentation After Racing AYC Clubhouse

5. Sailing Instructions
Sailing instructions will be available at registration.

6. Course
The Course will be determined on the day of racing and indicated to competitors at the Skippers Meeting.

7. Insurance
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third party liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per event or equivalent. Proof of insurance will be required at registration.
